Our Designer Soils enhancement products contains 95% aged wood and 5% forest material, reduced to a size of 1/8" or less. These products significantly augment the growing environment when mixed into the soil, planting pot, garden or as a top dressing for turf.
They are a source for vital plant nutrients and provide an ideal growing environment for beneficial microbes. They enhance the soil profile which helps keep the soil loose, improves root growth, aids water infiltration, and allows the soil to increase its water holding capacity.
They improve the soil profile by adding organic matter and building overall soil structure, and providing additional nutrients for plants. The wood and bark used has undergone an exclusive aging process of more than 20 years. These products are designed for a variety of uses including home gardens, flowerbeds, grow mixes for nurseries or green houses and golf courses. Some of the benefits are:

Soil Enhancement containing our soil conditioner products and other specific additives
We offer mixtures of our Fine or Coarse Soil conditioners with a variety of industry leading fertilizers. These products are specially formulated to deliver the nutrient requirements for defined applications. This is accomplished by adding the benefits of of the bark and wood with the benefits of the accompanying fertilizer.
Custom blend products are of two general categories. One makes use of liquid fertilizers that are directly applied (soaked), effectively using the aged wood as a carrier for the fertilizer. The other is through a mixture of dry, granular fertilizers and the aged wood and bark.
Liquid fertilizers in these products are provided from industry leading Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. (TKI). Various fertilizer products under TKI's N-Sure, FirstTurf, KTS, and CaTS brands are offered and available.
Granular fertilizers are provided by industry leading Lebanon Chemical.
Custom blends are also available with a sand mixture to provide a high quality golf divot mix and other solutions.
